We purchased this plan at the end of our 2yr. manufacture's warranty. This has already paid for itself. In May of 2019, our grey tank had an issue with the slip fitting coming loose which dropped the tank down and was leaking grey water everywhere. We took it into the service center and they contacted Good Sam Claims. Good Sam ESP paid and said all I needed to do was pay the $200 deductible. This plan is WELL worth the money. We will renew this year.

I had some work done at a Service Center that was not familiar with Good Sam Extended Service Plan. Apparently the (Service Center) had some bad experience with the paperwork processing time (with another) extended warranty-type plan. So they wanted to charge an additional hour of labor! Then I asked, "What if it doesn't take an hour? The Service Center said they would not charge a fee. The Service Center was amazed at how quickly Good Sam Extended Service Plan took care of business - less than 10 minutes! They were astonished!
